Politique d’expédition
1. Shipping / Delivery
• Orders are typically dispatched within 24-48 hours after payment confirmation. 
• Delivery times depend on the destination:
• Within the EU: about 3 business days on average. 
• Outside the EU: about 5-7 business days on average. 
2. Shipping Costs
• Costs are calculated per order and depend on the customer’s location. 
• Shipping cost = base fee (choice of Economy or Express) + item-based surcharge depending on the product category. 
3. Carriers & Service
• Shipments are done via DHL, FedEx, or UPS. 
• Tracking codes are provided once the order status is marked “Completed” in the customer’s BrandsGateway dashboard. 
4. Countries & Restrictions
• Worldwide delivery is offered, except Russia, Belarus, and Ukraine at present due to the ongoing conflict.
